AMAZING Group of people. Picture your worst experience possible. Now imagine a group of people showing compassion and caring for you like your part of their family. That is how Toyota Red Deer treated my family. The particulars of what happened doesn’t matter because it was an unfortunate turn of events. I always tell people don’t be part of the problem but be part of the solution. Every bump in the road we hit Toyota Red Deer we’re there to look after us. Wouldn’t be fair for me to not mention names but I’m sure these individuals had support like all amazing companies. So thank you from the bottom of our hearts Ryan and Ben. You guys are amazing. Toyota Red Deer always pull through for me since Day 1, when I purchased my vehicle. They are the epitome of customer service: they accomodate my impossible schedule; explain the problem; and just friendly in general.
Vehicle was completed on time and as price quoted. The technician responsible for the installation was available to perform a quick tutorial prior to me leaving the dealership
Everything was fine. There was a mistake on bill (over charge) but it was corrected. Thank you
